Construction Improvements Finish at Clubhouse I
Construction improvements to the community’s Clubhouse I, a hub of resident activity, wrapped this month.
The improvements include expansion of the clubhouse’s Maryland Room, a popular site for catered events; construction of a circular driveway at the entrance of the Terrace Room restaurant, allowing visitors on foot and vehicles dropping off and picking up patrons easier access to the restaurant’s entrance; and construction of an interior vestibule and exterior canopy at the restaurant’s entrance, providing patrons shelter from the elements.
