New Administration Building Opens

The community’s newly constructed Administration Building officially opened its doors to residents and guests on Aug. 12.

The two-floor, state-of-the-art building houses vendors, staff offices, and staff and resident meeting rooms and is a welcome upgrade from the previous nearly 60-year-old Administration Building, which is set for demolition in the coming weeks.

The final phase of the project concludes with construction of an additional parking area that will include 18 ADA-designated parking spaces, as well as new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, paving, lighting and landscaping.

The new parking lot’s greater proximity to both the new Administration Building and Clubhouse I will shorten walking distances – a plus during inclement weather.

Additionally, four electric vehicle charging stations and sidewalk islands were installed in the current parking lot as part of the project.

The newly opened Administration Building was constructed by Warfel Construction Company and is the final of a series of projects in an enhancement plan implemented throughout the community.

Other enhancements completed in the community over the past 10 years have included construction of a fitness center, enhancements to Clubhouse I, and renovations to the golf course, restaurants and ballroom.
